Founding Member, Kendra Ayuk began her legal career as a litigator representing Fortune 50 companies, including large pharmaceutical companies, the world's largest retailer, as well as clients in various other sectors, including governmental entities.

Currently, Kendra serves as a strategic advisor & legal counsel to a home health company in the US, handling all legal, HR, and strategic operations issues for the company.

Before moving to Switzerland in 2017, Kendra was active in her local bar associations, where she held various leadership/board positions, including serving two 1-year terms as President of the Jackson County Bar Association (JCBA).  The JCBA is a voluntary bar association comprised primarily of African-American attorneys from throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, and was established at a time when African-American lawyers were not allowed to join bar associations.
